The body recovers extremely well to low impact cardio as steps and not crazy fast steps too mostly just moseying around if only way your not really recovering from it is if your under eating,under sleeping or doing other things that can affect recovery as a whole

I do 30 mins hiit, lift, and at least 10k a day. I’ve been trying to find a good deficit to lose weight but I keep over eating I think. Is 1500 too much ? Lack of sleep is definitely a factor. I’m 4’11 female and around 90lb, so I’m told I do have to eat very little to manage or lose weight
