@mayaspirationn: It took me some time to find an efficient system, but here are a few things that made a real difference: - Keep your folders minimal - Organize by purpose first (work, content, personal), not by file type - Use the same subfolder structure for everything (Admin, tax, clients…) - Make everything easy to access. If it takes more than a few seconds to find something, it’s not optimized - Go digital as much as possible For that, I use @iScanner app I can scan any document in seconds, enhance it if needed, edit directly from my phone, convert files, translate documents, and even summarize them using AI.
