It doesnt turn into kefir, just sour milk. For kefir you need to add kefir bacteria

I drank one cup of milk like this yesterday and had nausea and a headache from it. I am usually very sensitive to alcohol, but i slept 13 hours to recover which is crazy

i once tried 2 month fermented raw milk, didnt really taste good. i think 1-3 weeks is the sweet spot.

Although it doesnt go bad, it doesnt turn into kefir. Kefir requires grains which have an ancient bacterial colony with over 50 strains which isnt present in any other foods
