@alexis.icarus: Here is everything I ate today. What really makes a difference in your physique isn’t just the quality of the food you eat, but also the quantity. Obviously, you’re not going to eat the same amount if you want to gain muscle, lose fat, or maintain the weight you are at right now. At the moment, I’m eating around my maintenance calories, which is around 3,000 calories. Even if I don’t count calories, I know how much I need to eat to maintain my physique just by experience and looking at the food. And I adjust my portions daily depending on my activity level and whether I train or not. The foods themselves stay pretty much the same, whole, unprocessed, high quality foods. My diet mainly revolves around meat, eggs, raw milk, cheese, fish, fruits, honey, bread, rice and potatoes mostly. And I also switch things up depending on where I am and the season, especially when it comes to fruits.
