Chicken & Egg Fried Rice 🔥 Cutting version: 565 cals | 55g protein (1 cal spray) Bulking version: 650 cals | 55g protein (olive oil) Ingredients (3 portions): - 6 chicken thighs - 3 eggs - 300g packet rice - 2.5 tbsp Olive oil (bulking) / 20 x 1 cal spray (cutting) - Frozen veg (peas, carrots, green beans, & sweetcorn) - 1.5tbsp Dark soy sauce - 1/2 tsp sesame oil Seasonings: - S&P seasoning - White/black pepper - Garlic granules Method: Dice chicken thighs into small cubes Add olive oil (or spray) to a pan on medium-high heat Fry chicken, add seasonings, cook until golden brown, then remove from pan Add frozen veg to one side, cook 1–2 mins Add eggs to the other side, whisk and cook until they form small chunks Add packet rice, soy sauce + sesame oil Add chicken back in and mix everything together Serve and garnish with spring onion & sesame seeds, and siracha mayo (optional). #highproteinmeals #highprotein #musclegain #fatloss
