Because some people are being intentionally obtuse: Uptalk at the end of a sentence is a spoken grammatical tool used in American English to indicate that while the speaker has reached the end of the sentence they haven’t reached the end of the thought. You can see her use this prosodic pattern fluently in “every minute” ⬆️and then “so annoying” ⬇️at the end of the thought. Or with “suctions itself to the wall”⬆️“or any where you put it” ⬆️vs “look at this” ⬇️. Different accents and languages use prosody for different purposes, uptalk in AmEng to pose a question is one of them but so is this kind of uptalk.
