@i2c_jason: This 3-axis mill is a critical tool for R&D. Even with a Haas CNC machine, there are plenty of tool room situations where you also want a Bridgeport. #manufacturing #maker #engineering #DIY #stem
as a Machinist, and Machine Tool Repair Tech, this video give me the shivers. but the farmer in me says "if it good enough for who its for"

My advice is to gobble up tooling and machinery if you plan to build a small factory as an AI survival plan. Most likely you’ll be thriving in such a scenario, as a desperate demand for manufacturing spawns from agentic AI designing bespoke machinery and niche new products.

Hi Jason. I love your videos and they inspired me to start my own business. I hope to one day scale to a size where I am able to become an engineering consultant. I’m a fresh grad and have my first manufacturing job but again thanks to you I am also going another route! Thank you for your inspiration!!

Endmills in chucks is novice style repair. No logical reason to use. And carbide is 80 dollars a lb for scrap. You’ll make lots of it

Bridgeport mill? My great grandfather used one of those when he was helping build B-29s. Amazing that it is still relevant today
