The nice thing about the Instant Pot is that you don’t have to remember to move the valve to “sealing”, when you secure the lid it does it automatically.

I have two instant pots (3 qt and 6 qt), both of them are soooo old and still work perfectly, I’ve only changed the sealing rings! I have considered trying Our Place but just based on longevity of my IPs and how much I use manual release — I think I’ll just add another IP haha

I have had both! I love Our Place more, it does the same job, but I also cook for one to 2 people...but esthetically make my kitchen look better!
