I think Huda have made a video about removing lip stain. I guess you have to mix cleansing water and cleansing oil to remove it

You may try to use any blue eye and lip waterproof makeup remover. There is one in Maybelline and yves rocher as well which work wonders on stubborn waterproof makeup especially for lips and mascara
