I don't think Magyar wants to keep Ukraine outside of the EU. Magyar certainly supports Ukraine, however they had to go through the same process as all of the other countries. That's not against Ukraine, but the protection of the EU. Ukraine can be supported without part of the EU as many counties have been supported to reach the conditions by the EU which would like to join.
