Nos 40 minutos aumentei para 250ºc e deixei até bater 50 minutos, que foi o momento que ela ficou escurinho em cima. Lembrando sempre, cada formo assa de uma forma diferente, podendo facilmente durar menos tempo de forno do que a minha durou, o importando aqui é ela ficar douradinha e cima! OBS: -A forma usada tem 20cm de diâmetro e com o fundo removível. Caso faça em uma forma maior seria aconselhado aumentar a receita. -Usei 2 pedaços de papel manteiga para conseguir cobrir tudo. -Ela sai mole do forno!!!!
