@sobalancedsogood: If your period is late, missing, or has suddenly disappeared, you are not imagining it. This is a sign of irregular menstrual cycle. A missed period can happen for a number of reasons, and hormones are often at the centre of it. Stress, undereating, over-exercising, travel, illness, thyroid issues, and conditions like PCOS can all affect ovulation. And if ovulation does not happen, your period may not come. Hormonal contraception, coming off birth control, and perimenopause can also change your cycle. If your period has gone missing, your body is giving you information, not just being random. #hormonehealth #womenshealth #menstrualcycle #ovulation #periodproblems

That explains why I haven’t got my cycle one day and it didn’t come for like three months and then it came right back because of overtrading because I rarely started doing martial arts and we do a whole bunch of trade and I started eating less
