@vibe_samurai: Most people think anxiety comes from what happens to them. It doesn’t. It comes from what your brain says about what happens to you. There’s a line between sensation and interpretation — and the moment you can see it, everything changes. I’m opening up a deeper conversation about this on Substack. Link in bio. #overthinking #anxiety #psychology #mindfulness #vibesamurai
I hate it when someone snores next to me. I can't ignore it and I don't know what to do. Even headphones don't help.

i loved over thinking i wrote books in my mind, i'm nearly sad i lost it. Now it takes seconds to see, sence ,feel and decide .
Anyway ,when the wind blows not to fast, not too slow ,in the mountains the trees sounds like waves ❤️

Well it can be good to suspend the mechanism of judging ... this could increase creativity and free other brain possibilities. But recognizing is something instantaneous. If your eye catches a yellow smile, you undestand immediately it is yellow, the small points are hearts ect... When you become older and your senses loose their sharpness you loose this instantaneoisity. It is now that you need to rely on your experience rather than your senses, especially if you don't like glasses and put them only if it is no more possible for you to see correctly and allow the spontaneous interpretation

this is so on point. i've been teaching this to my 13-year old. learning this skill is the difference between people who suffer more and suffer less in life.
