Nozzle clog clearing * One of my printers was laying down inconsistent lines of filament and extruding at an extreme angle. It meant there was something stuck right at the tip of the nozzle. Could be dust, debris, or some left over PRTG filament. So we raised the temp to 250°C, poked it with the needle, and manually pushed the filament through and voila! Cleared nozzle! You can actually see when the block goes through the nozzle and it starts flowing correctly. Hope this help you guys. * * * #3dprinting #fillament #printermaintenance #3dprinter #prusa
