never happened with my family. if you didn't like it you didn't have to eat it. You wouldn't expect a adult to eat something they don't like, so you shouldn't expect a child to eat it

Too accurate especially how parents acted in a '90s if you wanted something like Shoney's you wanted their famous spaghetti and meatballs your parents forced you to eat at home and you know well for sure it's not the same 😢 😭
