Its insane to me that the jedi order never updated their systems. There was probably thousands upon thousands of younglings that had immense potential that just didnt get a chance to be a padawan just because of the numbers. And clearly we have seen a few cases that even the jedi council didnt realize the full potential of many younglings

its not too hard to believe that some jedi had mutiple padowans. some species in the universe live a long time, plenty of time to raise more than one successful padowan....or to lose several.

I miss the old books by George Lucas that are sadly no longer canon. But my personal favorites were the ones that went through Anakin's padawan days with Obi-Wan.
