First off this is so awesome and I will deff be watching!! and secondly I wanted to share that I’ve seen you post sometimes about going through stagnant phases and my Tsw has been super stagnant lately too .. I had to get dry needling in the back of my neck for issues not related to TSW and it completely knocked the stagnant phase that would not budge on the front of my neck away! I’m thinking there was some lymph congestion that Tsw causes and the dry needling helped it?? I’m going to be getting it for my face soon to see if it helps the stagnant phase on my face but wanted to share with you to see if it’s something that will help!
