Katz’s is great. I don’t care how many tourists wrap around the block. The food is actually good. Prince St would be like last on my list of pizza spots. It is VERY bready pizza. I like a somewhat thinner slice but not too thin. L’industrie or Mama’s Too would be better choices.

Katz’s is a cultural icon and the food is still good. Of course going to a real deli is ideal, but they’re hard to find and if you don’t know where to go, it’s difficult. You also have to go out of your way, which is hard when you’re just visiting. Katz is accessible and it’s the real thing.

Pizza in Manhattan is mostly terrible. You have to go to Brooklyn or Queens to get the good stuff. Vito’s Slices & Ices is very close to what a classic pizzeria SHOULD be like (in both food and ambiance), even if it sometimes lacks a little flavor.

Prince Pizza, Oxomoco (Michelin Rated Mexican Restaurant soooo good and pricey), Balthazar (amazing breakfast), Los Tacos there are a bunch but doesn’t disappoint!, Court Street Grocers (good for lunch)
