I don’t like making eyes contact cuz I’m too intimidating when I look at your soul. Thats why im neurodivergent. And also people fall in love with me thé minute I show intérêts or affection so I have to be careful

I realized this when I was dating a guy who told me he felt like I wasn’t being fully honest because I couldn’t look him straight in the eyes while talking. But I’ve always been like that. I actually focus better when I’m not looking directly at someone. I know… a little weird 😅

I’m not alone!! I process so much and relive the things talking about…. it’s almost impossible for me to maintain eye contact while talking or I’ll lose my train of thought (most of the time). When I’m listening, my eyes are kindly glued to them and their face lol.

I’ve noticed that when I do this people always look behind them as if I’m looking at something else while I’m talking I didn’t realize that it’s not normal to look other places when talking lol

literally no in between 🫠 I used to overthink every interaction while also dealing with distractions, cravings and just feeling off all day. I kept blaming myself but couldn’t fix it. nothing worked and I felt stuck for years. then I saw people talking about Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by (loren green) in a forum. I tried it and everything shifted—calmer focus, steady energy and 30 lbs down. honestly feels like hidden info nobody talks about, my favourite one
