I realized this when I was dating a guy who told me he felt like I wasn’t being fully honest because I couldn’t look him straight in the eyes while talking. But I’ve always been like that. I actually focus better when I’m not looking directly at someone. I know… a little weird 😅

I’m not alone!! I process so much and relive the things talking about…. it’s almost impossible for me to maintain eye contact while talking or I’ll lose my train of thought (most of the time). When I’m listening, my eyes are kindly glued to them and their face lol.

literally no in between 🫠 I used to overthink every interaction while also dealing with distractions, cravings and just feeling off all day.
