You two are so identical and pretty that I'm not 100% sure this isn't AI😂 ALSO, Go get a whole pineapple, take the core and some of the meat, blend it up with a juice and drink it. The enzymes in the core soften and dilate your cervix! Worked with both of my pregnancys, had the babies next day lol

A sweep never helped me and now with this pregnancy I’m so torn… like do I get one anyway? It really feels so forceful and invasive that they’re manually stripping the uterus from the sac. Makes me feel 😵💫

Get rose hip pills, puncture them, and put them up in the cervix. It’ll soften it and cause contractions. You can also take rosehead pills and it will cause contractions.

Trust me! Use primrose oil inserted inside nightly. I swear it helped my baby slide right out. I was dilated to a 3 when I got to my 39w appt
