The internet’s self-proclaimed flatbread queen is back with the recipe that started it all 👑 My spanakopita stuffed flatbreads were one of the first stuffed flatbreads recipes I shared… so naturally, I had to revisit them for Ep 99 (or 100 depending where you’re watching this 😅) — and of course, I made them even better! The filling is everything you love about spanakopita: spinach, herbs, feta… plus a little ricotta for extra creaminess. Wrapped in soft dough, pan fried until golden and crisp.
