Personally, I wouldn’t like cameras either. I get hotels have them, but there’s a lot of people staying at hotels. Hotels are public. There’s only usually one family staying at a private Air bnb so I’d feel like I was being watched the whole time I was outside, like there was no privacy.

My biggest complaint about Airbnb’s is out dated pics. We had a nightmare in Cali Airbnb. So I’m not a big fan of Airbnb’s but I like the investment side.

I think doorbell or front door cameras are ok. maybe not in the social spaces. people talk about personal stuff when sitting around, even outside

When I leave a rental, it looks like I was never there. I take out all the trash, clean out the fridge, vacuum or sweep if available, put all the towels in one bathtub, and go ahead and strip the sheets. It’s just common courtesy.
