boredom is a tough one to deal with. after so many years of being an addict then suddenly come out of treatment and back alone you don't know what to do with yourself. I am speaking about myself anyway but boredom has personally caused relapse for me

Never been bored in recovery; not once. But I had nothing & no-one left so could focus 100% on recovery. For 18 mnth all I did was 'recovery'. I don't get cravings either.

Thankfully Zak it’s a big world out there and we have lots of other options… travel the world, climb all the Bens in Scotland.. visit a diff county every month.. challenge yourself…help people who need your help and stop thinking it’s all about you! Count your blessings.. thanks Zak 😘
