Humans are so intelligent so I don’t discount the progression in technology we have seen over the years but when is it enough, why do we have to keep proving something and most times at the demise of other people or resources. Sometimes it should be okay for an invention to just stay what it is, an invention, rather than a economic pursuit that only a select few are profiting from.

As we move into a more automated and robotic world, we need to think more creatively and critically. Consider implementing a tax on corporations to be used to reinvest in the community impacted by job loss. When a company lays off employees and replaces them with computers, the company should be taxed. There is nothing inherently wrong about autonomous robotic work; the problem is we don’t have protections to support working people.
