@zuribellarose: The first time I ever attempted to cook scallops they came out very sad to say the least. I since learned that it’s important to ensure that scallops are DRY before cooking them to get a nice sear. So dry them I did. Ingredients - Large Scallops - Center Cut Bacon (so it’s more even when cooking) - 3tbs Soy Sauce - 3tbs Maple Syrup - 1/4tsp Garlic Powder - Black Pepper to taste - Parsley -2 tbs butter
