Yeah, I illuminated my EGR cooler completely but I could not cap off the EGR sensor. I put the original one back in and the computer ran perfect 2007 F250 and I got better fuel mileage.

Not only do you have to deleted the EGR but the Crank Case Filter as well.

military equipment used JP8. its different from regular diesel. so DPF,EGRs or DEF systems wont work.

I have been saying it for years that EGR systems are garbage. This was invented during the 70's because there were people who didn't know how to properly tune an engine. Now engines are injected and computer run, why are EGR systems still there?

That specific vehicle is a military vehicle designed to be used overseas, or to be used in combat, not all government vehicles are emissions free…. Fire trucks still have DPFs they just don’t derate

Back in the day I would open up my exhaust on my street bikes and fatten the carb jets . Power house 🏆 But that is diesel ✌🏼
