@skinwithjayme: 1. Hold pen perpendicular to your skin, never go in at any sort of angle. 2. Always keep pen moving - you never want to stay in one area for more than a few seconds. 3. The pen should be resting on your skin, no need to apply any added pressure. Just let the needles pulse in at the depth you set it to. 4. If you ever feel any tugging or pulling of the skin, thats a sign that you need to add more glide &/or decrease the depth. Everything you need to DIY microneedling is in my bio 🩷
