I took it as a sign God wanted me off the road to avoid something. Motherhood teaches you to slow down sometimes

The way a little toot fixes everything 😅 I've been on both sides of this now as a mom. But behind the laughs I was quietly struggling—constant bloating, brain fog, mood swings, and weight that wouldn't move no matter what I tried. I felt so stuck and guilty for not being more present for the tiny toot moments. My sister told me about eat like a woman protocol (by Loren Green) and I finally gave it a shot. Game changer—30 lbs gone, clear skin, steady energy, and I don't feel like I'm running on empty anymore. It's wild how hidden this info is.

I think that was kind and gentle and the perfect thing to do is stop, relax and give the baby attention and it all worked out great

Idk how many times I stopped to do this. There’s nowhere that’s so important that I can’t stop.

Both my boys🙄🤣. After awhile when I knew their hunger cries and schedule I started playing music and for whatever reason the song Got What I Got by Jason Aldean made both my boys stop crying instantly. 😂

Always take that moment, no matter how old they may be.. life gets to busy and we forget how much they just need a “minute”

My sister always got angry with me because I didn't want to make a 6 hr drive by myself with a baby then a toddler. She never understood a 6hr drive is more like a 9 hr drive when they are that little

Here’s a brief summary: ### Background: * The **First Saudi State** (established in 1744) was expanding its influence under the banner of puritanical Islamic reform, known as **Wahhabism**. * The **Al Saud** dynasty, in alliance with **Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab**, sought to purify Islam by removing practices they saw as un-Islamic. * During the late 18th and early 19th centuries, this movement spread across the Arabian Peninsula, leading to conflict with regional powers, including the **Al Busaid dynasty** of Oman. ### The Sack of Muscat: * Around **1804**, Wahhabi forces launched a campaign along the Gulf coast and moved into **Omani territory**. * They attacked and plundered **Muscat**, inflicting considerable damage. Some sources suggest that parts of the city were occupied or looted. * The attack was part of broader hostilities between Wahhabi-aligned forces and the Omani Sultanate, which had regional ambitions and opposed Wahhabi ideology. ### Aftermath: * The attack marked a low point in the fortunes of the Al Busaid rulers, but they would later regain strength. * This event exemplifies the regional turmoil caused by the expansionist Wahhabi movement during the early 19th century xd @𝐒𝐎𝐊 | 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐢 @aba🇦🇱🏴
