None of us are every educated enough on menopause. I was 47 when mine started. It was terrible. I finally started HRT several years ago. I am 55 now. Apparently I am in the post menopause stage. I have 3 grown daughters & we talk about it all the time. They already have more info than I ever did. Be open with your daughters about you experience.

Diabetes is an awful disease. My mom was a diabetic and my boyfriend is now. He does the injections as well.

Yes girl menopause is brutal. I am 51 almost 52 and I am going through it as well. Mine started the day I turned 50. Hot flashes were unbearable. I went to my doctor and she put me on estrogen patches. They do work, but I also work in a plant 10 hours a day 4 days a week and it gets hot in there. And the mood swings are awful. I changed into someone I'm not. I don't like myself sometimes, because of the mood swings. 😭 Yes I think we need to talk more about the changes that Women go through as they get older. Not enough education on it. I just take one day at a time and take deep breaths and try to relax. 😊

I was 42 when everything stopped! And I mean everything. I got a fan, cold turkey no medicine. Dr. said everything looked fine. Just major hot 🔥 flashes. I'm 65 now, I would never had done that journey any other way.

I’m one of the lucky ones. I’m 62 and never experienced anything related to menopause.

I find putting some peppermint essential oils on the back of your neck really helps your hot flashes 💯

menopausal education would sure be nice. I wish I had some tricks that made it easier. The joint pain, brain fog, and lack of motivation certainly makes life rough. Hang in there. I sure hope your eye treatments get you back on track soon!

Magnesium glycinate with malate helped me so much with hot flashes, night sweats, muscle cramps, insomnia, etc.
