Where are the people who work with him? He picked on him specifically because he was an easy target. Our company hires vulnerable adults and we go out of our way to praise and help them feel like productive members of society because they are. We certainly never leave them alone when a customer is around. It only takes 1 person and less than a minute to undo all the work that goes into their training etc. this is an assault on a vulnerable person and he should be locked up as such. I would make him stand on the street with a placard that reads, “I’m so low that I get my kicks by berating a vulnerable adult”. He also needs a life time ban from all McDonald’s. This is about as low as you can go. I hope they find him.
