My hormone doctors guided me to less than 70 carbs a day. Ditch the alcohol, processed carbs, and sugar. Calorie deficit. Protein and whole food focused. Walk 40 mins a day. I’ve lost 35 lbs this year. I don’t track non-starchy veggies, I just try to add them to every meal in delicious ways. I’m hardly ever hungry.

So true. I feel happy eating less. The food noise isn’t loud no more. I’m eating normal. It’s good have clarity because your not overeating and your not eating chemically laced food and drinks and less alcohol 💕
