I pour the grease into a coffee can with a lid I keep under my sink. Aluminum foil is too expensive to waste like that.

That oil is still useable. Restaurants use oil for up to a week. Imagine if its still clear....

Good foil is NOT cheap. Use empty spaghetti jars, etc.

better yet keep an old plastic container and pour the unwanted oil in it and throw it away.. simple as that
