For starters one is regular nail polish . (Hence the clear bottle ) and one is a gel nail polish (hence the water not clear bottle )

If it’s a gel color and a sheer one at that, it’s gonna look diff from the original. You have to do multiple coats. They’re different formulas and one is exposed to light while the other isn’t and cannot be.

Nail instructor here …gel is more pigmented regular color polish is lighter but dries darker this is for all duo polishes(gel®ular polish in one box) also regular polish is in a clear bottle so exposure to the sun can cause color changes. Never keep your products directly in the sun try to keep the in a dark area
