If you wanna really build your legs you need to give your body a chance to rest, it would be better to start with 50 squats, rest, then do 60 a couple days later then do 70 and keep progressing, you’ll find you’ll get past 100 pretty quickly. Or even better, go to the gym and progress with weights. This will lead you overtraining your squats and then once your body adapts to 100 squats your progress will stall because you’re not progressing which is what actually drives muscle growth
