People saying this should be private are all so wrong! I may not be a mom but not everyone knows how to do this. Some moms just wear diapers and some people do this, so why not show how to do it for the moms in need?

Had an unexpected episiotomy during childbirth. Equivalent of a 2nd degree. Peri bottle and cooling spray saved my life.

When I had my son in 2022 I saw all these postpartum care kits and didn’t get one. Figured “oh the hospital will give me what I need” I’m currently expecting my second child and I am absolutely getting a postpartum care kit this time.

i didn’t use the witch hazel, i found it too uncomfortable. and i bought two packs of boy short undies and i washed them separately if i leaked through the pad and such. however that angled peri bottle??? every post partum mom needs a peri bottle.
