We’re trying to transition from exclusively contact napping when at home to cot naps. I don’t think I’m doing anything different to her nighttime routine but she just will not transition through sleep cycles during the day. She has no problem at night and sleeps for usually about 5 hours but just won’t during the day. Any ideas?

Love your videos. Any tips on transitioning from 3 naps to 2? Its been a nightmare 😮💨. My 9 month old just gets so tired and fussy. I try not to push it too much and will do 3 if needed, but it's a struggle.

Definitely needed this video today, I’ve recently moved my son in to his sisters room and I’m having to sleep on the floor to stop him screaming 😅😅😅 I thought I was relaxed scout it but maybe I’m not and I just can’t see it

This is why my husband can get my 5 month old to nap in the middle of the floor in broad daylight lol I’m too high strung to even think of that

Oh god, me desperately trying to get my son to sleep in his cot over night. 😳 I hate how upset he’s getting. I’m upset/he’s upset. It’s just awful. I’m just a bit done with cosleeping.

My 6mo is waking every 1-2 hours at night and needing even more support now that we’re down to 3 naps. I’m suffering

Currently feeding my 8 month old to sleep for her nap. Her day naps are always whilst breastfeeding. If I put her down she wakes up. I’ve tried so many tactics. I’m not strong enough to rock her. I wish she could sleep during the day in her crib so I could get a few minutes to myself I’m so tired and touched out.

I definitely need to do this! I'll feed my 8 week old and she'll fall asleep so I'll hold her for 10-20 mins so I know she's off and then transfer her into the next-to-me but I'm always so paranoid that she'll startle herself awake that I probably make it more likely that she will🙈

My child is just about 20 months old. A lot has ago she was teething badly then off the back of that she got a bad viral dose with an ear infection etc so I have had one month solid now of her screaming the house down all night long and tantrums during the day. The past few nights I have refused to bring her downstairs when she wakes in the middle of the night and just letting her cry it out Bht this is also not what I want to be doing. I think she is going through a sleep regression because she’s mkt really sick anymore I think she’s just got herself in the habit too maybe of waking mad hours of the night and expecting me to do what she wants? My question is will she go back to normal naturally or do I myself have to changed something here

Would this be the same kind of thing for weaning off a dummy?
