I did mine differently than this. I looked at them knowing they were me and mirrored me so when things would come up I knew it was something that was within me and I would let it go knowing I was the soul which was perfect whole and complete. It was the awareness bringing it to light to shed the survival ego identity and of course I would cry a lot during these times to let it go.
