High protein CINNAMON SUGAR MUNCHKINS 🍩😋✨ These little cinnamon sugar munchkins are such a delicious, healthy snack or dessert! This recipe makes 6 munchkins: 75 cals, 6g protein, 10g carbs, 1g fat each INGREDIENTS:  - 1 cup oats - 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder (discount code: ‘CLAIRE’) - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 tsp cinnamon - pinch of salt - 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar - 2-3 tbsp almond milk (add slowly) Cinnamon sugar topping:  - 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar  - 1 tsp cinnamon  HOW TO:  - Add the oats to your blender and blend for about 30 seconds until you have a fine flour.  - Add the oat flour, protein powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt and sweetener to a mixing bowl. - Stir together, then add 1 tbsp of almond milk at a time, stirring well until you have a very thick dough. I find it easiest to mix with my hands! Be sure not to add too much almond milk or it will be too sticky - but if you add too much you can add extra oat flour as needed.  - Mix together the cinnamon sugar topping in a small bowl.  - Roll the dough into 6 balls (I like to put a little bit of coconut oil on my hands so it doesn’t stick), then roll each ball in cinnamon sugar.  - Line your air fryer with parchment paper and arrange the munchkins in a single layer, not touching.  - Air fry at 350F for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.  - While they are still warm toss one more time in the cinnamon sugar, and enjoy! #promix #healthyrecipe #EasyRecipe #healthysnack #highprotein #snackidea #highproteinsnack #healthydessert #cleaneating #healthycooking
