She wasn't even attacked at all. Telling them to give her shit back with a gun at the heads would've been enough. According to this they didn't even threaten her, just told her to give up her belongings. Use of this kind of force was completely unnecessary in any kind of way. If they had a weapon and was threatening her with that, then the initial gunshots were fine, but going after the kill shots after they were incapacitated was stupid. Great way to get charged for murder even if she was robbed. Judge took it easy on her.
