Well it’s actually has to do with a federal law which requires you to complete a mandatory currency transaction report. It’s not that she can’t get the money, there’s a limit to how much can be withdrawn daily without requiring additional information to be reported to FinCen. They were actually helping her by telling her to withdrawal under that amount because they weren’t even supposed to tell her that.
