Im 17 and I had a talking stage with a guy who I really liked a lot. He was genuinely just like me and we got along really well. Im in a period in my life where I just felt like I NEED to be seen. And I feel awful for that because I just crave to be loved so bad. We only talked for a week before I got to my senses. He is Muslim too there was no problem. But I told him that it’s not gonna work out. I did a mistake and I should’ve known that what I’m doing is haram. I’m still too young even for marriage it would’ve never worked out. So I broke contact with him before he got too attached. I told him that god is more important to me than anyone. And that I’m always gonna put god first. I chose god. So I did go and pray afterwards for Allah swt. To forgive me. If that guy was my nasip Allah swt. will bring us together in the future in a halal way. I felt very bad after breaking contact because deep down I knew what I’m doing is haram I knew that this was going no where and I still started that talking stage with him. And he even was confused why I’m breaking contact out of sudden. But it really was as if something tells me I need to stop right now. I was outside in the evening sitting on a bench thinking about everything. And then suddenly when I got home I got this strong weird feeling. A feeling I never had before. And i instantly understood that it’s a sign. I need to be patient with Allah. He knows the best. I knew that boy wouldn’t understand me no one can understand my heart more than Allah. I went trough a hard period in my life I have depression and I got a very bad mental health so I decided to talk to a boy instead of Allah. Which I regret a lot. Allah is the best planer. Allah is the one who’s gonna make me feel better. Sometimes Allah makes people go trough tests a lot sooner than others. I learned that too late. But now after praying again and making dua more I feel so much better. Sooo relieved. As if my soul was completely cleaned.

Ya Allah please make him my naseeb in the way I’ve prayed and even better than I can imagine.reunite and keep us in together in this dunya as well as the akhirah.
