Elegoo purposefully delayed their multicolor add on to try to push a proprietary, more expensive second model of their centuri carbon with a secretly developed multicolor unit. Us consumers were left in the dark on this and led on continuously when placing our pre-orders for the first model. I have had nothing but extruder problems, whirring noises (which I found out was actually a faulty motherboard cooling fan that just finally broke) and inconsistent prints. To top it all off, Elegoo will not honor the warranty for any of this. Now to get the required equipment to fix this actually garbage, I’m stuck paying $15 for a part AND the same amount in shipping just to fix the piece of shit. Thanks for being an absolutely horrible brand!
