I understand with Gamora, and widow but Vanessa's makes sense, that was what her character always was, it would be different if she was the main protagonist or antagonist, that's why I understand this theory with Wanda, widow, Gamora. But this can't really be applied here. Also there's many male characters that die to propel characters forward aka foggy

Agatha is a disingenuous mention imo. She died kissing the woman she loved and came back immediately as a ghost, and could potentially return in vision quest. I agree with the points you’re making but not with Agatha

The only one I would argue against is Black widow because she did it for herself and she didn’t want to kill her best friend and if you look at from the first time we see her to her death in endgame she has a real character arc and that relationship between her and Hawkeye is more of a sacrificed of friendship rather than killing herself for a a man the rest of them I do agree with

I Hope if they kill off a female character in doomsday ( which honestly i dont know how because all though we have many cool female character they are all Pretty recently interduced i think the longest character that is Alive we have is the wasp and she isnt in much Movies. Or then Valkyrie Same thing and I feel Like her story isnt in the slightest told out because we actually know other than with Hope what she is doing) and if so then I hope they’d do it Right cause Natasha sacrificing Hersfeld for the World and her Family makes Sense for the character but after that the Focus is on Bruces loss of his girlfriend and not of the human Natasha the Hero. I hope they can handle it a Bit better in the Future

I fear comics in general use this rule. Both in movie adaptations and in the printed comics. I don’t agree with it but that is how comics are and always have been. That is the role women play in comic stories and that’s why their characters exist. Women aren’t made to be the main character for comic/superhero as their own story. And to remain as a marvel movie they can’t create a character that didn’t exist in the comics (tho I’m sure they probably have I haven’t truly watched marvel since Eternals which I’m disappointed they didn’t continue w tbh)

widow and gamora make sense thou, it's not like they're killed off for sake of it, out of widow and hawkeye makes sense kill widow bc not a ton could do w her after endgame, and gamora they couldn't rlly do anything else unless get some random person thanoss suddenly loves

I like Daredevil for this reason - Elektra, Jessica Jones & Karen are characters and women within their own right. Shame they had to have Karen with Matt though 🙈

While I'm tempted to defend the Mighty Thor one since it's canon (and an awesome storyline by the way - go read it!), but on reflection I hate the way the movie tacked it onto Thor Odinson's "fixing himself" plot, so yeah, I agree with all of these. (They so almost did it to Sue Richards too - I fear for her in Avengers Doomsday...🥺)
