I’ve been taking astanxanthan for almost a year. I tan just by being outside for the first time in my pasty, freckled white girl life. It also helps with your eyes. My “floaters” are gone and my prescription has gone from 2.25 to 1.75. I don’t use about that brand, but I will never stop taking that stuff.
