Just a little Dental tip. Only used a Soft bristles toothbrush, and don't scrub like you're using a scrub brush. Proven fact, the bristles will skip over the spaces between your teeth. Brush softly, so bristles will go in tight places.

this should not be a replacement for toothpaste people. you still need something with fluoride or hydroxyapatite to remineralize your enamel.
