That still doesn’t even seem impressive. At no point would I see that sign and think it had much or anything to do with the agent. I would assume the house was something a lot of people wanted and therefore a bidding war ensued.

Love this point. Totally agree! Drives me nuts when I see that in this current market. To be honest, when I see a realtor do that now, would make me not want to call that Realtor. I think that a home even selling in this market is impressive enough. lol.
