Im confusing between 2060 and asrock 5700xt. Im using 980ti, want to upgrade and a dealer asked me give more 50dollars to get the 5700xt, is it good? Im using 2683v4 2 cpu btw with psu 650w

I get like over 100 fps in most games without frame gen even in new games like spider man 2 I get 140 with upscaling no frame gen even
