Breathe Yoga & Pilates :
I’ve been open 2 years and we’ve grown so much. First Yoga, added Mat Pilates then Reformer. Just got a great Team now 2 leaving to pen their own space. A third leaving because the commute is to much. All change again. I love it….But it can be draining.

Hi I just found you. I just opened a pole/pilates studio at the beginning of the year. Your videos have been so helpful. Especially the instructor ones. I took your advice with instructing with my class this am and I finally felt so solid after feeling like something was missing. I’m offering much more hands on adjusting with form and it truly made me feel such a difference. I love your videos. Thank you for the insight even tho I felt a lil called out lol!
