@simplyhealthyrd: Everything my 11-month old is eating this week as a registered dietitian and first time mom! #firsttimemom #babyledweaning #babymeals #postpartum #dietitian
Do you cut the mac and cheese? My son can eat penne noodles with no issue but I get stressed offering him the smaller noodles

What about the sodium content in these items? I’m desperate to easy quick meals some days but I’m so nervous about how much sodium is in premade frozen foods 😭

I make goodles for my 12 month old (and myself lol) with full fat Greek yogurt (~1/2 a serving) and just a splash of whole milk! More protein and it tastes super creamy!

Any advice on fat sources for babies with milk allergies? 😅 We do a lot of avocado and coconut oil but it’s a struggle

The hardest part of my 9mo having egg, peanut, & sesame allergies is finding healthy convenience foods to supplement meals. We can do salmon filets etc but I’d love to be able to offer things like premade meatballs 😭

If you have an Aldi nearby you, I just found some fruit and veggie pouches that are not in the baby section, but they do have zero added sugar! Aldi also has a lot of foods with no additives or synthetic colors 😃

with the Dr. Prefers, I had the sweet potato ones and refrained from feeding them to my little one because they were SO greasy... were finding the same issue at all with the taco or pizza stars?

I’m dying cause my 11 month old wasn’t pooping as much and we gave her kiwi and then she did. I literally texted my husband I think it’s the kiwi that helped. And then opened tik tok and saw this video 🤣 I didn’t know that before this! What funny timing

How do you store the canned veggies? I got a can of green beans but even after giving her some at multiple meals we wasted so much of them :/

We love the dr praegers sweet potato little but ALL the other options have like double the sodium!! He’s also 11 months. Not sure if you think sodium is a huge thing to worry about at their age??

Is there a lot of sodium in the meatballs? That’s been my concern with frozen meatballs in the past. I’m always looking for more convenient protein sources for my daughter
