Roll dough to 3–5mm thick, freeze for 20 minutes. 5. Cut into shapes, refreeze if soft, re-roll scraps. 6. Bake at 140°C (284°F) for 18 mins, cover with foil when colored. 7. Cook isomalt and water to 165°C (329°F) then remove from heat. 8. Place flowers on cookies, pour hot sugar syrup quickly. 9.
